Home sales information from CoreLogic (www.corelogic.com) indicates that Moreno Valley’s average home
resale value was stable in May at $304,090. Considering the number of homes sold, May’s sales volume was
up by 7.3%.
Comparing year to year, Moreno Valley’s average resale housing price has increased 5.9% since May 2016 - a
$17,957 increase in one year.
