 A Plot Plan was submitted to secure approval of hardware changes to an existing AT&T monopine cell
tower site located at 24931 Sunnymead Boulevard. The project is located within City Council District 1.

 An Administrative Plot Plan requesting approval of two open trellis structures, exterior lighting, heaters
and misters in front of the Sketchers retail store and adjacent café. The project site is located at 29800
Eucalyptus Avenue within City Council District 3.

Other Highlights

 The Division is reviewing the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the proposed Duke
Warehouse project within the City of Perris. The project proposes a 668,700 high cube industrial
warehouse building on 31 acres of land. The project site is located in the City of Perris on the southwest
corner of Indian Street and Markham Drive, just south of the City of Moreno Valley.

 The Division is reviewing the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the proposed California
Department of Food and Agriculture Cal Cannabis Cultivation Licensing Program.
