City Council

June 20, 2017

 The City Council took action to accept an appeal filed by the applicant of the proposed Ironwood Village
residential project. The appeal is on the Planning Commission’s prior actions on the project. The public
hearing on the Appeal itself was continued to the City Council meeting of August 15, 2017 at the request
of the applicant. The project is located in City Council District 2, at the northeast corner of Ironwood
Avenue and Nason Street. The applicant is Global Investment & Development, LLC.
