Administrative Approvals

         The following projects were approved administratively:


            An Extension of Time was granted for Master Plot Plan (PA08-0079), Plot Plan (PA08-0080) and Tentative
            Parcel Map 36083 (PA08-0091) for a commercial center located at the northeast corner of Lasselle Street
            and  Alessandro  Boulevard.  The  applicant  is  TAIT  &  Associates,  Inc.  The  project  is  located  within  City
            Council District 3.

            An Administrative Plot Plan was approved for the architectural design/elevations of eight single-family
            home plans to be constructed in Tract 31592. The project site is located east of Perris Boulevard on Covey
            Road.  The  applicant  is  KB  Home  Southern  California/Inland  Empire.  The  project  is  located  within  City
            Council District 2.




         Recent Case Submittals

            An Administrative Plot Plan was submitted to convert an existing two-story workshop with 2-car garage
            into  a  second  dwelling  unit  approximately  885  square  feet  in  total  with  the  existing  2-car  garage  to
            remain, located at 11811 Indian Street. The project is located within City Council District 2.


            An  Administrative  Plot  Plan  was  submitted  for  the  Berumen  Dance  Studio  proposed  to  be  located  at
            23655 Sunnymead Boulevard, Suite A, within City Council District 1.

            An Administrative Plot Plan was submitted for a new industrial building that will serve as an expansion of
            the Deckers campus. The building is proposed at 736,497 square feet and will include associated auto and
            truck parking. The project site is located at 17791 Perris Boulevard within City Council District 4.

            Multiple  applications  were  submitted  for  modifications  to  the  previously  entitled  Prologis  Eucalyptus
            Industrial Park to be located along the future extension of Eucalyptus, south of SR-60 west of the Quincy
            Channel  and  east  of  Moreno  Beach  Drive.  The  project  area  is  within  City  Council  District  3.  The
            applications include an Amended Master Plot Plan/Substantial Conformance for the entire site and four
            separate Amended Plot Plan/Substantial Conformance applications for Buildings 1 through 4.


            An Administrative Plot Plan was submitted to revise the previously approved architectural elevations for
            a portion of the commercial center at 14920 Perris Boulevard. The project site is at the northeast corner
            of Perris Boulevard and John F. Kennedy within City Council District 3.

            A Plot Plan was submitted by Waste Management to increase the permitted material processing capacity
            of the Moreno Valley Solid Waste Recycling and Transfer Facility (MVRT) in the south industrial area of
            the city. The proposed increase of 500 tons per day (TPD) will increase the operational capacity from
            2,000 TPD to 2,500 TPD, and the application seeks a weekly maximum limit of 15,000 tons.  The project is
            located within City Council District 4.

            A Plot Plan was submitted for modifications to an AT&T cell site including replacement of six (6) panels.
            The tower is located at 13156 Lasselle Street, Weston Park within City Council District 3.


            An Administrative Plot Plan was submitted for (ADA) accessibility improvements to an existing parking lot
            located at 13121 Perris Boulevard. The project is located within City Council District 1.

            A Conditional Use Permit application was submitted to establish a Smoke Shop use within an existing
            commercial shopping center located at 23940 Ironwood Avenue, Suite E. The project is located within
            Council District 2.
