Heacock Street Improvements from Iris Avenue to Gentian Avenue
Sequel Contractors, Inc. has completed the installation of concrete sidewalk on the east side of Heacock
Street from Revere Place to Gentian Avenue. The contractor continues the roadway improvements on the
east side of Heacock Street with pavement scheduled to be constructed in early July 2017. Construction will
then be switched to the west side of the street in August 2017 and be completed in October 2017 .

Cycle 6 ADA Pedestrian Ramp Improvements
CT&T Concrete Paving Inc. continues with the construction of the Cycle 6 ADA Pedestrian Ramp
Improvements project. Twelve (12) access ramps and a bus bay have been reconstructed to meet American
with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The locations of the completed ramps are at:

 Cottonwood Avenue and Cheshire Drive

 Cottonwood Avenue and Heacock Street

 Perris Boulevard and Filaree Avenue

 Perris Boulevard and John F. Kennedy Drive.
