•       Sunshine Social was filled with exciting and creative
                                                          activities during September. The program kicked  off  with
                                                          indoor games and a fun night of making a bug’s edible craft.
                                                          Participants enjoyed a movie at Regency Theatres along with
                                                          some buttery popcorn and other goodies.  To end  the fun,
                                                          participants had a craft night making a birthday chart which
                                                          enabled them to get involved, use their creativity and have fun
                                                          with friends.

                   •  Sunshine Social participants  enjoyed Halloween-themed activities  throughout October including
                       Halloween bingo, spooky  movie night with popcorn, and a spook-tacular Halloween party,  where
                       participants had a costume contest, dance, games, and refreshments.



               Sports Programs
                   •  The Pee Wee and Junior Basketball Clinic concluded on August 25th with more than 100 youth, ages
                       3-4 years, participating in the four-week clinic to work on their skills. The youth prepared for the six-
                       week league that began in September.
                   •  Pee Wee and Junior Basketball League began on September 12th. The program is held inside the
                       basketball gym at the Conference and Recreation Center. The youth are learning the basic skills of
                       basketball in a non-competitive environment.
                   •  The Summer Youth Basketball League ended its season with 22 teams in three separate divisions; all
                       who were trying for one of the top four playoff spots. This program is geared towards learning basic
                       skills, exercise, and fun.
                   •  The Summer Adult Softball League concluded with the Men’s Divisions Championship on September
                       8th and the Coed Division Championships on September 25th.
                   •  The Fall Adult Softball League began on September 29th for the Men’s Divisions and will begin on
                       October 2nd for the Coed Divisions.
                   •  Registration is currently underway for the Fall Adult Kickball League, which begins October 10th. Staff
                       continues to seek interest in the league, so more residents can join the fun!
                   •  The splash pad at Celebration Park closed for the season on September 5th.















                   •  The Pee Wee and Junior Basketball League began on September 12th.  The participants practiced for
                       three weeks before the non-competitive games began October 3rd.
                   •  Registration continues for the Pee Wee and Junior Multiple Sports Clinic.  The youth will participate in
                       a three-week clinic learning the basic fundamentals of T-ball, soccer, and basketball. The program is
                       scheduled to start on November 2nd, and the registration deadline is October 28th.
                   •  The summer Youth Basketball League ended its season with 22 teams in three divisions, all trying for
                       one of the top four playoff spots. This program was geared towards learning basic skills, exercise, and
                       a lot of fun.
                   •  The summer Adult Softball League ended with teams are battling for a spot in the playoffs. The Men’s
