Unemployment Report

Unemployment in Moreno Valley has declined substantially since it peaked at 17.5% in 2010. Moreno Valley’s
unemployment stood at 7.3% in August 2016. Comparing the same months year to year, Moreno Valley’s
unemployment rate declined from 7.5% in August 2015 to 7.3% in August 2016.

Home Resale Market

Information available from CoreLogic (www.corelogic.com) indicates a surge in average home resale values in
Moreno Valley this August. Moreno Valley homes are demonstrating increasing value. The August average
home resale value increased to $287,403. Compared to August 2015, the average resale housing price has
increased by $26,492.
