Emergency Situations
MoVal 24/7 is for non-emergency service requests only.
For emergencies, please call 911.
For non-emergency incidents or public safety concerns, contact the Moreno Valley Police Department at 951.247.8700.
Non-emergency incidents include, but are not limited to fireworks, barking dogs, loud music, and large parties.
