               Brainfuse Career Resources

               The library has a digital library resource called Brainfuse, which provides free online tutoring to adult
               learners.  This resource provides career resources for job searching and high school equivalency preparation.
               Library patrons can submit a resume for feedback via Brainfuse.  It also provides Microsoft Office training for
               MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.  Local residents must provide library card number information
               and a personal identification number (PIN) to log in to this digital library resource.
               December Library Programs

               Holiday themed programs are scheduled for December.

                   •   Inland Scribes will host writing workshops on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
                   •   Preschool Story time is held every Tuesday at 11 a.m.
                   •   Covered California events will be held in the story room section of the library on Tuesdays from 3 p.m.
                       to 7 p.m.
                   •   Teen Night is hosted by library staff every Wednesday at 5 p.m.
                   •   Bilingual Story time is held every Thursday at 11 a.m.  Family Night is hosted every Thursday at 6 p.m.
                   •   Santa Claus will visit the children’s room section of the library on December 13th at 11 a.m.
                   •   Library staff has planned a Wacky Winter Adventure Puppet Show on December 15th at 11 a.m.
                   •   A special dance performance will be presented by the Cultural Heritage Performers on December 20th
                       at 11 a.m.


               International Games Day

               The library hosted International Games Day on November 19  from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The purpose of this
               program is to encourage the spirit of collaboration and teamwork within the local community. This is an
               annual event that is celebrated internationally on the third Saturday of November in public libraries. This free
               event celebrates table top games for the whole family. Library patrons are encouraged to bring their favorite
               family games to this event. Games included in this program include card, social, trivia and video games as
               well as chess. This program is sponsored by the American Library Association (ALA) and Moreno Valley
               Friends of the Library.

               Vietnam Veteran’s Appreciation Day

               Library staff has committed to providing ongoing resources and services to veterans in the local community.
               In an effort to provide a community gathering place for local veterans, the library hosted a Vietnam Veterans’
               Appreciation Day and Open House on November 12 . Local Veterans enjoyed refreshments and share their
