Programs & Ways to Help

Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR)

In just eight years, two feral cats can produce 11,000 kittens. Operating since 2015, our TNR program humanely captures feral cats and spays or neuters them to reduce noise, smell, and rodent populations — while controlling the community cat population.

3,100+
feline friends serviced since the program began. To learn more, call 951.413.3790.

Protect Our Burros

Moreno Valley’s undomesticated burros are a beloved community treasure — but they face danger from humans every day. Don’t feed or approach them, slow down in “burro country,” and remember it’s illegal to harm or harass them under Municipal Code 10.02.115.
