        RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

        You might have received an email invitation to participate
        in  an  online  survey  or  perhaps  were  contacted  by  phone.
        Your candid assessment of MVU’s service as well as your input
        on some of the issues we face was the focus of this online/
        telephone survey.

        MVU  has  contracted  with  RKS  Research  &  Consulting  -  an
        independent  market  research  company  -  to  develop  and
        orchestrate  this  survey  on  our  behalf.  RKS  has  pledged  to
        keep your individual survey responses confidential.

        Moreno Valley Utility takes action based on feedback from its
        customers and hopefully we did not miss yours!
