The Special Districts Division provides formation, administration, and management services for special financing districts.

Special Distctricts are created to provide a dedicated revenue stream for specific programs. Special districts financing funds the construction and/or maintenance of public improvements for specific developments such as landscape maintenance, street lighting, parks maintenance, and community service programs.
