        WE ASKED AND YOU ANSWERED

        Your  candid  assessment  of  MVU’s  service  as  well  as  your
        input on some of the issues we face was the focus of this
        online/telephone  survey.  Thank  you!  The  results  indicate
        that  residential  customers  are  very  satisfied  with  Moreno
        Valley  Utility  on  key  dimensions  such  as  reliability,  quick
        restoration of power, customer service credibility, and being
        a real asset to the community. Over half of the users of our
        mobile  app,  MyMVU,  gives  the  app  an  excellent  rating.
        MVU  is committed  to  ensuring that  our customers  receive
