Tips for Getting Your Report
- Before searching for a copy of a collision report online, please wait a minimum of 14 business days from the date of the collision to allow the report to be reviewed and approved for release.
Traffic collision reports resulting in a fatality, arrest, or a juvenile involved in an alleged crime, are not released online — please contact our Business Office to request these types of reports. - Online Convenience Fee. A convenience fee of $10 is assessed for the ability to retrieve your report online. This fee is added to the cost of the report.
- Don't Want to Pay the Convenience Fee? You can still get your collision report by coming to the MVSS lobby front counter during business hours. Normal business office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
