DESCRIPTION
The 2021 CFD 5 Special Tax Bonds were issued in December 2021 to refund the remaining balance of the 2007 CFD
5 Special Tax Bonds. The bonds funded the construction of various public improvements required for development
of property located within CFD 5. (For a map of the district, please refer to the Investor Relations webpage on the
City’s website).
