Guidelines
Eligibility & Participation
- The scavenger hunt is open to Moreno Valley residents.
- To be entered into a grand prize drawing for __________, participants must complete one activity from each challenge category (Nature & Fitness, Helping Hands, Lifelong Learner, Public Arts Program, and MoVal Pride) by December 30, 2026 and meet all posting requirements.
Respect & Safety
- Be respectful of public spaces, City property, staff, volunteers, and community members.
- Follow all laws, posted rules, and safety guidelines; do not trespass, disrupt events, or block access.
- Submissions containing offensive, unsafe, or disrespectful content will be disqualified from the raffle.
Photo & Content Guidelines
- Photos must be original, taken by the participant, and clearly relate to scavenger hunt activities. Photos generated by AI will not be considered for the raffle.
- Content should positively represent the City and its programs.
- By posting, participants grant the City permission to reshare submissions for promotional purposes.
Social Media Posting Guidelines
- Each entry must tag the official City account and include #BerniesBucketList.
- Accounts must be set to public during the contest period (by December 30, 2026) for verification.
- Photos must be shared in a single post; captions and comments must remain respectful.
General
- The City reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not follow these guidelines.
