Moreno Valley Utility Customers Shielded from Power Shutoffs During Coronavirus Shutdown

To assist our customers during this difficult time and potential financial hardship, Moreno Valley Utility (MVU) has suspended service disconnections and late fees until further notice.
MVU provides power to about 6,800 MoVal households and businesses, approximately 12 percent of the City's population, in the southern and eastern areas of the City.
