New Bill Payment Portal
The new MyMVU Smart Portal features a central location to easily manage all your electric utility account needs.
Note: With the launch of the new MyMVU Smart Portal, all customers must re-register to access their accounts online or via mobile app. Your new account number and a valid email address on record with MVU are required for MyMVU Smart Portal registration. MVU will not charge late fees or disconnect customers for non-payment during this transition period.
On the new MyMVU Smart Portal, you can:
- View your hourly, daily, or monthly energy usage
- Enroll in paperless billing, auto-pay, or pay-by-text at the push of a button
- Easily configure personalized notification settings
- Pay your MVU bill using PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Along with portal interface enhancements, MVU's monthly bills have been redesigned — making them easier to read and understand as well as providing additional important information.
