Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation Program
The City's Pavement Rehabilitation Program includes the removal and replacement of pavement surfaces to extend the service life of the street pavement.

The Pavement Rehabilitation Program was approved by the City Council on May 7, 2022.
The City of Moreno Valley has received funding from CalRecycle's "Rubberized Pavement Grant Program" for this project. This project is to provide pavement rehabilitation and pavement preservation for approximately 12 arterial and collector and 122 local street segments citywide.
