This division’s primary responsibilities include centralized purchasing services through requisitions, requests for proposals, and invitations to bid for all City operations while ensuring fair competition and conforming to the Purchasing Ordinance and accepted purchasing practices. This division is also responsible for trash collection, recycling, and special collection programs in the City.
