MVU, COVID-19, and You
The City of Moreno Valley Utility will provide assistance to customers affected by COVID-19
In the interest of our customer's safety and the safety of our employees, masks are required to be worn inside the MVU payment center located at 14331 Frederick Street, Suite 2, in Moreno Valley.
To assist our customers during this difficult time and potential financial hardship, we have suspended service disconnections and late fees until further notice.
Payments can be made in several ways:
- By mail
- Online as a guest
- Online using the MyMVU mobile app
- By phone using our Pay-by-Phone service by calling (844) 657-6473
- Via the drop box at our local office
