Fleet and Facilities Maintenance

The Fleet & Facilities Maintenance Division is an internal operations unit that manages various preventative maintenance and repair programs and project management services for Cityowned buildings, facilities, fleet, and equipment.

Facilities Maintenance

The Facilities Maintenance Program maintains the City’s 38 public buildings and facilities including police and fire stations. This program provides for the maintenance, repair, and revitalization of all facilities and works to provide buildings that are safe and properly operational for the general public and City Employees.

Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance

The Vehicle/Equipment Program maintains the City’s fleet that includes vehicles and equipment with gasoline, diesel, propane, and natural gas powered engines. This program is also involved in providing fuel, vehicle replacement, and after-hour emergency response repairs.
